This portal allows a person to report any cybercrime under various available categories and sub-categories, including cybercrimes affecting women and children.
2. TAFCOP
Check SIM connections:
It allows mobile subscribers to check how many connections are registered in their name and
report any numbers that are either unnecessary or not taken by them.
Under the Telecommunications Act of 2023, there’s a limit to the number of SIM cards an
individual can own. Per the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations, you can
register up to nine mobile numbers under your name. However, in Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, and
the Northeast Licensed Service Areas (LSAs), the limit is reduced to six.

Chakshu facilitates citizens to report suspected fraud communications to defraud telecom service users for cybercrime, financial fraud, non-bonafide purposes like
impersonation, or any other misuse through Calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Report Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC) / Spam
(Report within 3 days for action)
Chakshu facilitates citizens to report UCC or spam received through Voice Call or SMS
which is not as per the consent given by the recipient to the sender or as per registered preference (s)
4. CEIR Tracking Mobile Devices:
Block / Unblock stolen devices: https://www.ceir.gov.in/Home/index.jsp
It facilitates tracing of the lost/stolen mobile devices. This also facilitates the blocking of lost/stolen mobile devices in the network of all telecom operators so that
lost/stolen devices cannot be used in India. If anyone tries to use the blocked mobile phone,
its traceability is generated. Once a mobile phone is found it may be unblocked on the App or
portal for its normal use by the citizens.
5. TAKE IT DOWN:
Take It Down is a free service that can help you remove or stop the online sharing of
nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit images or videos taken of you when you were under
18 years old.
6. Report Child Sexual Exploitation to Cyber Tip Line:
What Should Be Reported?
Any form of child sexual exploitation should be reported to the CyberTipline, including:
•Nude or explicit images/videos of a child
•Someone chatting with a child online about sex
•Anyone attempting to trade a child for sexual acts in exchange for money, food, shelter, clothing,
drugs, or other valuables
•Unwanted sexual messages, emails, or texts involving children or sent to a child
•Websites with misleading URLs that resemble mainstream sites but contain sexual content
•Sites embedding explicit content (words or images) where minors might be exposed
•Any other form of child sexual exploitation not listed here
•Offline instances of child sexual abuse
7. Stop Sharing Non-Consensual Intimate Images:
If you're over 18 and the images are intimate or contain any sexual content, you
can submit them for hashing. No matter who else is in the image, if it features you in an
intimate setting and was shared without your consent, it qualifies as NCII (Non-Consensual
Intimate Image) and can be added to the hash bank. StopNCII.org is a free tool that helps
victims of NCII abuse protect themselves and take action.
8. Free Bot Removal Tool
Your computer, phone, or any device could be part of a botnet if infected with malware. This
means hackers can secretly control it for illegal activities! Here’s what could happen:
Your personal data can be stolen – Banking details, passwords, and private info may be at
risk. Your device could send spam – It might be used to spread malware or phishing scams. Your
device may be used in cyber attacks – Hackers can launch attacks on others using your system.
9. Whatsapp Hacking
Users can contact the Grievance Officer for various concerns, including
impersonation, sharing of morphed or sexually explicit content, pornography, vulgar material,
intellectual property violations, account hacking, or bulk messages containing harmful or
misleading information. Additionally, users can seek assistance for disabled or banned accounts.
10. Instagram Hacking:
If you're dealing with issues on Instagram, you can easily report them through the official
portal. Some common issues include:
• Hacked account or lost access
• Fake profiles or impersonation
• Bullying or harassment
• Inappropriate or abusive content
• Nudity, sexual content, or unwanted appearances
• Requests from law enforcement or government
• Data access or processing issues
• Intellectual property violations
• Other concerns
11. Facebook Hacking:
If you're encountering issues on Facebook, you can report them directly through the official
portal. Here’s a list of issues you can report:
• My account has been hacked
• I’ve lost access to a Page or group I used to manage
• I’ve found a fake profile or one impersonating me
• I’m being bullied or harassed
• I found inappropriate or abusive content
• I want to report content featuring me in nudity/partial nudity or sexual acts
• I’m a law enforcement official seeking access to user data
• I’m a government or court official submitting an order, notice, or direction
• I want to report an intellectual property infringement
